you can cancel the auto-renew:
- Cancelling from a PS3(TM) system or a PSP(TM) system:
Sign in to PlayStation(R)Network, and then go to [PlayStation(R)Network] >
[Account Management] > [Transaction Management] > [Services List]. After
selecting the subscription you want to cancel, select [Cancel Automatic
Renewal].
- Cancelling from a PC:
Click on the following link, sign in to PlayStation(R)Network, and then go
to [View Services]. After selecting the subscription you want to cancel,
cancel the automatic subscription renewal.
