NEW YORK - GameStop Corp.'s shares took a hit Wednesday after an
announcement from Wal-Mart that the big retailer is offering deals on
popular video games and the Nintendo Wii leading up to the holidays.
Wal-Mart Stores Inc. said it is lowering the prices of 25 of the most
popular video games such as "Halo 3:ODST" and "Left 4 Dead 2"
until Christmas Eve by 15 percent to 20 percent.
