1. Economics.
2. Statistics or Operation Research in Mathematics.
3. Agricultural Economics
4. System Engineering
5. Industrial Engineering
6. MIS from B-school or non B-school
7. Any track in B-school if you have some w.e. (such as Finance, Accounting,
Marketing, Management, MIS, supply chain, International Busineness,
Investment. etc.)
8. PhD in Business school if you do not have much w.e. (ditto)
9. Computer Science

management in Civil Engineering. Easy to get offer and visa.

发帖数: 19 | 6 ji shu jing ji is not related to construction managment or transportation in
civil engineering. If you do not have thebackground, it is hard to get an
offer.
In addition, construciton management is not easy to get an offer. Coz in US,
most schools only offer master degree in construciton management. It is very
hard to get money in this field.
If you are majoring in technical economics, I recommend you to get a graduate
degree and then to apply.
I know quite a few graduate in techincal ecomenocs

finally got offer from construction management. For Ji Jing's undergraduates,
there are only a couple of courses related with construction... so your
background is so weak compared with folks from this area in terms of getting
offer from such a program in the US.
Well, some folks from another dept in Management School at TJU, International
Project Management (国际工程管理）, do get offers from C.M. time to time since
their cous

should be Engineering Economics. But in U.S this major is a subsidiary of
Industrial Engineering in engineering school. If you have good math knowledge
and confident about you ability, you can change to any major you name it. I
know a student from jijing changed to EE.
As far as I know, the majors jijing people are pursuing now are:
1. Ecomonics (You can concentrate on financial economics)
