波霸is made by MuShu (wood potato)
while 西米 is by several different kind of starches..
that's why they have differnt ren xin
my experience is 煮沸腾, totally close the 火 and
wait 20 mins, 煮沸腾 again, repeat for 3 or 4 times
then 泡凉水. otherwise, very easy to be too 黏.
