I received a letter claiming that I owe local income tax for 2008. The tax
is METHACTON S D / LWR PROVIDENCE TWP.
They request me to pay tax and penalty.
Anybody has experience on this? Can they request payment for local tax 6

发帖数: 2007 | 3 IRS does not audit tax return more than 3 years old.
Is there any similar rule for local tax?
My previous employer did not deduct it and I was in PA temporarily.
