发帖数: 135 | 2 same here. I mailed the tax return on April 5th and don't have any record
in Where is my refund . I called the IRS a couple days ago and he told me
there
are no records in their system either. He suggested me to wait for one more
week and then mail it again.

one more week and then mail it again.
I plan to mail it again on June 5th if I still haven't heard anything by
that
time. It will be two months and I think the time is enough for them to
deal with my tax return normally. I guess it must have some mistakes
happened.

发帖数: 135 | 7 I am thinking to put a statement on the top of copies of my tax return.
I will let them know the mailing document are just copies of my tax since I
haven't anything after I mailed the tax two months ago.
I will wait a while to see if anything happens. Hopefully we can hear from
the IRS in the next few weeks and then we don't have to mail it again.
Patience...

though. Just don't choose the number to go "where is fund" at beginning and
select other options.

2月初邮寄出，USPS记录显示按时投递，但是IRS一直没动静，3月底去IRS FIELD
OFFICE，查不到相关信息，让我等8礼拜再说。期间被告诉说，如果你是要拿REFUND而
不是欠税的，6.15之前FILE都不算迟（第一次听说。。。）。
4.14还是没动静，刚才在出差隔壁就一个FEDERAL BUILDING，于是再去了一个IRS
FIELD OFFICE，还是被告诉查不到我的信息，但是收了我的1040，盖章，说这样确保你
不会LATE FILE。完了整理材料，上了个厕所，准备走人，IRS的工作人员喊住我说找到
我的信息了。。。。。 说了一堆我没听懂的话，大致意思就是我们刚才在A系统里查查
不到，但是后来SUPERVISOR在B系统里查到了，让我再等2-3星期。4.20有拿到REFUND。
总结，直接在下面的链接里找最近的
FIELD OFFICE，不用预约，人也不多，面对面谈最好，怎么的也至少有个书面证据

。即使4.15在IRS（超过2个月了），他们收了我的材料盖了章,他们还反复强调他们会
要标明POSSIBLE DUPLICATE FILE。。。。

个月后来信罚款说没收到。
