more valid document which I don’t have. I called many times to request my
passport back, but the representative doesn’t know how to submit a request.
I may have to send a letter to the office.
Does anyone have the experience to deal with this?

request my passport back, and received a denial letter and passport
separately after ~20 days. The denial letter explained that the reason for
deny was because that we didn't want to submit additional materials. |
