You can still file Form 3903 even at the due date of the return, you
did not pass the time test.
So long as you are expecting that you will work for the new company for more
than 39 weeks during the 12 month periods.
If later on, after you file the Form 3903, and realize that you do not meet
the time test, you must either:
1) Amended the tax return that you filed with Form 3903
2) For the year that you find out you can not meet the time test, claim the
moving expense deduction that you reported on previous tax return as income.
