请问这种情况是夫妻合报还是报single?另外如果合报肯定退回来税要多,但这样是不
是需要把另一口子在中国的收入换算成美元也算在1040的第七项呢?另外这样合报,是

income will be taxed worldwide just like a US citizen, which means he/she
will have to report the Chinese income regardless. Filing separate returns
won't help you at all with avoiding reporting your Chinese income. So, you
should file a joint return. And yes, you should be able to claim foreign tax
