I was transfered 3 times and got on hold for almost 3 hours.
他们说要我们等五月初发出的信，信上面会告知原因，但我估计也就是那几个code中的
一个，我们还要再去argue.难道是因为今年申请8000 块退税的人太多了吗，报纸上说
今年有180万人申请，可能税务局人手不够一下子忙不过来，但是又必须在规定时间内
把税推给纳税人，所以他们只是把除8000块以外的税先退给你，剩下的有时间再慢慢跟
你磨。
但是这样要等到什么时候啊，拖得太久是应该算利息的。如果3个月之内税务局还要打
太极的话，我们就要采取法律手段了。
