我很早就完成了保税，补交税的支票也早就被clear了。
今天收到一封IRS的信，不过是从费城寄来的（当时保税是寄到Austin的）。
信的第一页是两个带条形码的Lable，上面有我的SSN、地址等信息，让我把这个
voucher剪下来寄给他们，如果没有payment寄到费城，如果有payment寄到Kansas City。
信的第二页说：
We havn't resolved this matter because we havn't completed all the research
necessary for a complete response. We will contact you again within 45 days
to let you know what action we are taking. You don't have to do anything
further now on this matter.
