发帖数: 7925 | 1 在麻州蹲大半年后搬出。按照天数算，MA resident，外州只算part的。麻州要求外州
收入也要给麻州交税，那么外州那部分收入，明明不住麻州了，是不是也要给麻州交税
？那不成了交双重州税？
另外关于麻州那个HC,搬出后自然就没有麻州的保险cover，因为换到新工作地方给
cover了。俺只能按照part-year MCC填，圈上MCC保险的那几个月，剩下几个月看起来
就没保险了。按照流程就该去算罚款了。可是俺搬走了，自然是外州的保险了，外州保
险自然也是没有这个1099HC的玩意。请问这个HC问题咋办？没找到地方可以填special
circumstances.

Part-year residents.
If you moved out of Massachusetts during 2009,the mandate to obtain and
maintain health insurance applies to you up until the last day of the last
full month you were a resident. For example, if you moved out of
Massachusetts on July 10, the mandate applies up to June 30. In this example
, do not count the months of July through December because the mandate did
