发帖数: 9932 | 3 you can call the ITIN hotline. It is different from the usuall IRS number.
Those people there are either nice or extremely rude but all of them are not
helpful in anyway because they don't know where your file is or its status
because your application is in Austin and they don't have a working number.
Imagine that.

，但是他们会给你接个technician回答问题。上次去过一次，这次看来还得去。那个
IRS local office的人办事效率也是一个慢。即使只有两个customer也会让你等个1小
时，哈哈。

发帖数: 10121 | 5 呵呵，我去年自己有以前税务的问题没办法必须找他们，打过几次都是利用中午吃饭时
间，平均每次等40分钟，不过解答得还算认真负责。
你可以去你local 的irs office，随时去进去拿号排队和dmv差不多，可以一对一面谈。 |
