For incoming code 15, please pay attention to column f (exemption code):
if it's 1,2,3,4 or 5, then this part of money has been exempted from tax.
DO NOT report it, DO NOT send the 1042s form either.
if it's 0, them this is "taxable" scholarship. you should fill it in the
line 5 of 1040NR-EZ, and in line 9, you fill in the amount you claim to

I think that's the same as zero. The IRS officer said: "If there is 1-5 in
column f, you need do nothing with it. Otherwise, ..."
