It is said that the Total Immersion (TI) has benerfited many beginners
around the world. I read it a few years ago, a mind-openning book.
Instead of stressing the steering power in swim, TI stresses maintaining
streamline position and reducing drag. It argues that the stroke length
is more important than the turn over rate.
