不是太好。不过小时候的成绩说明不了什么，主要是看能不能坚持到12岁以后，才能看
出孩子的发展潜力。

some girls swam 15.x sec for 25 Y free. The fastest boys are about 16 s.
Does that mean Girls are stronger at this age? Or simply mean their skills
are better because they can better understand the coach's instructions?

boys's arm and shoulder, girls rule the pool.

first stroke he learned( last summer in Beijing). He didn't spent time on it
this season. I was surprised by his progress in back and fly since he was
at around 32 s just a month ago. And suddenly he seems to have realized how
to do it and surprised his coach and us. But practice time wise, the ratio
is about 8:2:1:1 -- free:back:fly:breast
He has pretty good sprint ability, but initially I was concerned about his

为目的的游泳，确实需要在竞技的环境里面培养，因为有了别人的速度作为参照物，对
自己就是一种压力。

盒pastas。至于平时，eat whatever she like and she likes cheese and steak.

with different favors. When it is on sale at Costco, we normally buy 2
boxes (24 bars) at a time. The only challenge with that is my daughter does
not like to have same favor every time.

发帖数: 4718 | 28 Powerbar?还真没注意过，但Energy bar在赛前是个不错的选择，补充碳水吸收也比较
快，对补充体力有帮助，一般一个bar 100-150卡的热量。
红牛小时候尽量不要喝，个人认为，里面还是有些兴奋成分的。
