是不是每次只能用settled cash去买卖，如果用了unsettled cash，就不能同一天买了
，然后卖，需要等银行结算完才能使用吗？

A freeriding violation occurs when you buy and sell the same security in a
cash account before fully paying for the securities with settled cash. For
the duration of the restriction period, you’ll only be able to place orders
with settled cash in your account. Opening purchase or short sale orders
placed without sufficient cash-on-hand may be cancelled.
In certain cases, this restriction may be waived if sufficient cash to cover
the violation is deposited within four (4) business days of the purchase
