Alibaba：
The day before that announcement, an entity controlled by an Alibaba insider
sold $150 million of Alibaba stock, according to filings. It isn’t known
exactly who controls the entity, Sky Scraper Enterprises Ltd., but whoever
it is was one of the company’s best-paid executives in recent years and had
been granted huge swaths of stock as compensation, the Financial Times
previously reported. The sale avoided hundreds of millions of dollars of
losses when the stock dropped on news of the scuttled IPO.
iQiyi:
Top executives at iQIYI Inc., IQ -3.94% a Chinese video-streaming platform
whose shares trade on the Nasdaq, sold $125 million worth of stock over a
few days in March 2021, filings show. Shares fell by half over the next two
months, and had lost two-thirds of their value by October of that year.
Vipshop:
Around the same time, top executives at Vipshop Holdings Ltd. VIPS -3.42% ,
a Chinese e-commerce company, sold more than $250 million of stock at prices
near the shares’ record high. The price fell by more than 70% over the

另外wsj的文章还比较了中国公司跟美国公司，在2016到2021年期间，insider抛了股票
之后一年后公司股价的变化，美国公司的股价是平均上涨了2%，中国公司是股价平均下
跌了21%。
