房子这玩意，相当于每件商品都是一个独立的SKU，自动化成本太高。而流动性又不足
，没法上量。所以最终这个行业依然需要大量的肉人，于是节省的成本没法justify码
农和DS的收入。
重构中介市场，降低交易成本是可能的。但最终也就是资金密集的金融服务行业，压根
不可能算科技业。
