如果黑石随时参与股市买卖，特斯拉股价一降就大量买入，那确实能确保股价稳步上升。

cannot be lent to shorts. Japan pension fund has done this. This is very bad
news for shorts. I hope other institutions follow.
In addition, I think they buy in slowly and slowly, within a fairly long
period.
