pass through FINRA's Trade Activity Fee ("TAF") on all US stock executions.
To date, Interactive Brokers has passed through the TAF fee only to those
accounts trading under the cost plus commission structure. Beginning
September 1, 2016, IB will also pass through the TAF fee to those accounts
trading under the flat rate commission structure.
The TAF fee is currently charged on sells only at a rate of 0.000119 USD per
share. The fee is capped at 5.95 USD per Trade.

只能做投资。比如买一股aapl 两股fb 什么的。每个月买一股比较划算。
