Because feds are worried about energy junk bonds. if Oil freeze reach, you
may think fucking inflation coming and feds raise the rates? NO. Feds has to
do opposite, if feds raise the rates, US shale oil producer will wipe out
very quickly before oil market really recovered. And pretty soon since US
shale oil producer wiped out, oversea oil supplying may less than demanding.
To stable the energy cost, keeping those shale oil producer alive is
important. And low rates is the only way to keep them alive otherwise oil
market become a sellers' market not good for US.

JieFangQian and make Russia middle east dominant oil markets.
Feds are not stupid and preventing oil market back to sellers market is Top
and Top. This is also why US wants to make friends with iran hopes to make
the market still buyers markets.
