Well firstly, the deal will need to be voted upon in Greek Parliament, for
which there has been no
scheduled time or date, however, Wednesday is the deadline for such a vote
to be passed. Of note, weekend
reports suggested that Tsipras could seek to eject Syriza party dissenters
ahead of Wednesday's deadline to pass
laws on reforms. Furthermore, PM Tsipras is also said to have arranged
meetings with the Independent Party at
0630BST tomorrow.
- Thereafter, it will have to be then put to vote in German, Austrian,
Finnish, Dutch, Estonian and Slovakian
parliaments with the 16th the most likely date for such a vote ahead of a
potential (yet to be confirmed) final
Eurogroup meeting on the 17th-19th. However, some reports also suggest that
the vote could be put before the
German parliament on the 19th and thus at this stage the overall timeline is
relatively unclear. |
