The big drop in TLT today, although expected (see my earlier post).adds to
bearishness, at least modestly.
Inflation and higher interest rates are likely to come sooner than expected
based on GLD and TLT behavior.
So the narrow band of downside for SPY is likely to widen, making for larger
down swings.
Strictly speaking, smart money began to act on June 17 or 48 hours ago, on
gold especially.
