网上分析它确实是一个很好的收购对象。但即使没有Buyout，公司应还有一定的成长空
间。

这说明公司没有在卖，至少还有一阵。因为如果大药厂买断，他们自有渠道，不需要
partner的。

Here is SEC WhistleBlower complaint I just made- Serious stuff Adam
I had to give my real name and contact for this- It is serious and Fuerstin
will be investigated. Here is copy filed just now with SEC :
The shares of Ariad Pharma had been trading up for several days on positive
drug trials and News speculation of potential takeover. Today an article
published by Adam Feuerstein of The Street-(link-http://www.thestreet.com/story/12275420/1/ariad-pharma-short-seller-explains-why-takeover-rumor-is-bunk.html?puc=yahoo&cm_ven=YAHOO) was published. Prior to the publication there were 900 $9 strike PUT contracts purchased for a total price of approx $125,000, a very speculative and hefty sum for a stock trading towards $10 at the time. Within the hour (and actually slightly before: news leak) of the rather dubious article the stock plummeted from $9.63 to $7.69, a decline of 20% in about 30 minutes. This is not by accident but by design. The Street Biotech writer has used his position to illegally manipulate and benefit from his position. Many people suffered as a result. I have been trading actively for many years and this is one of the most obvious and heinous frauds I have witnessed.To buy 900 PUT contracts against open interest of less than 300 and then another 1500 traded.
