holder vote - hopefully it's a change. i don't understand why they need that
much cash on balance sheet to grow.

手一部手机就是个天然的信息平台，不仅搞content, 游戏／视频音频整合，还能直接
搞支付抢信用卡／paypal生意，这上面商机无限。
