加141亿美元至4.01万亿美元新高。规模仅次于中美GDP，而超过德国GDP。
美联储周三刚刚宣布从明年起缩减QE3规模，之前每月购债850亿美元的宽松项目已
经持续一年。
第三轮量化宽松开始前的2012年9月，联储资产负债表规模为2.82万亿美元。而
2008年金融危机时只有目前的1/4。
昨日伯南克在记者会上表示，随着资产负债表变得庞大，退出变得越来越困难。(

currency system. Bank deposit into FED, and FED give currency to the deposit

So it is asset or debt??? It is currency magnifier only. The currency are
magnified through bank on each currency deposit rounds. If you have less
round (due to less economy activity), less magnification.
If you compare Chinese Central bank, the money printing is not even under
that radar. It can freely print trillions of RMB, and the printing has
exceeded all countries combined in recent years.
The Chinese model's success is nothing but printing when translate into
economy behavior; If FED can print 2x or 3x of the 4 billion freely, you
will see hyper growth immediately. However, this is the drawback of
democracy, government investment is under control, otherwise, U.S. can keep
on increasing investment 20% YOY (like China) on infrastructure and real
estate. |

investments in real economy activity. Of course printing has to be limited
to certain degree so that the currency's credibility is not in vain.
