1. RMG is the reason that a lot of investors bought this stock. Without it,
many will bail.
2. The revenue decrease rate is alarming. 40-50% Y/Y and 20% squentially.
Cash burn will accelerate in the future if this trend is not reversed.
3. Without a surprise, we won't see 3.5 till Q3 ER. More likely we see 2.5
before 3.5.
4. Net cash is 1.5B. Net cash per share is around $2. But I doubt it will go
that low.
5. The positive thing is the new CEO who has a good track record. He is only
on the job for two weeks and one shouldn't expect a magic bullet. |
