in China's biggest pork producer, for a total of $7.1 billion including debt

Regarding Chinese small cap, do you have methods to cross check the accuracy
of their financial statements. For me, this is one of my biggest hurdles
for these type of stocks.
In the last couple of months, I have seen LPH, and YONG gone busted when I
was paying attention to them.

您提的几点有道理，但不是我们这篇的初衷。

Congratulations on your first article, very informative. If the buyout goes
through, the new company should take a leading position in China's pork
industry, maybe even the whole food industry. And the food industry should
benefit as China's economy transforms from foreign export to domestic
consumption.
