Uninstall that "free" garbage immediately. If you are using IE10
then turn on tracking protection. If you are on Firefox or Chrome
then use FlashBlock and AdsBlock add-ons.

Any version of FlashBlock will do. I think it updates itself if
there's a new version when restarting the browser.
