's price to book ratio is about 1; P/E ratio is 11, almost historically low;
and 3% dividend. This regional bank never had any loss for the past 10
years, making money even in the 08-09 financial crisis. Looking forward, the
mortgage loan is getting better and better. So its loss reserve should drop
significantly. Anybody lives in Southeastern states that can shed some
lights about your 1st hand experience with this reginal bank? |
