I went to laguna beach(Friend's beach house) for three days, also very cold.
We negotiate with the agent in Las Vegas, He told us if we had at least 3
houses for him to manager, he would only charge 6% of the rent. Looks like
the houses are still pretty cheap.

人帮管理，只收５％

inside, they are very good. There have two decks for black jack in Gold
Coast. Otherwise, there are few O.K. Chinese restaurants in China Town and
close area.
I only eat buffet twice, TODAI (Not as good as before) and buffet at RIO.
