No, those aren't any good. COT shows e XXXXX Bank in title. The f/c
attorney will have to go to court to validate the foreclosure because they

One of my friend who bought an investment property and it turns out they
foreclosure in the process of renegotiation between bank and original owner.
She hired an attorney to fight BOA. she got 50k from bank in the settlement
, because that house price up.

really turned around since March this year.
