veto, in which case a two-thirds majority in Congress would be needed to

from collapsing economy. Either new currency or debt ceiling, one pick has
to be made sometime. QE is the way to infinity debt and eventually leads to

end of this year. |

实际每一次申请提高都要经过Congress批准。Congress可以反对。总统可以反对反对。
Congress必须要2/3以上才可以反对总统的反对反对。所以总统有up to 17.1T的筹码可
以耍。
