their upgrade and downgrade have short-term effect, within few days or 1
week or 2.
But if you look at a longer timeframe, like a few months - a year.
trade against their upgrade/downgrade call, winning rate is very high, far
more than 50%.
I once calculated. winning rate = 70-80% |
