Both stocks had the same discount to its book value.
It appears, C's commercial banking is stablized. BAC still has to deal with
huge problems of housing problems from countrywide.
C has excessive capital, it's tier one capital ration is over 13%.
BAC has only around 10%.
Of course, C's IB division had a horrible quarter, hopefully, it will do
better in the future. |
