Basically we want to buy when others are panic. Several indicators will
appear for a bottom from my estimation. Those indicators are NOT there yet.
However keeping an eye on these event will greatly enhance your success in
year 2011.
Indicator 1: The utility stocks down 10%-15%. Concrete indicator is XLU
going below $31.
Indicator 2: Greece Bankrupt. This event is dragging on and will be
concluded in a fantastic way.
Indicator 3: Bank of america bankrupt. This event is also dragging on for a
while. It should be concluded by either bankruptcy or bail out by Bernankie
Fed.
After one of these events, we can buy aggressively (2x or 3x) SPY because
the individual stocks are hard to pick at the bottom.
