One who is on an EAD is allowed to work as an independent contractor if s/he
is the I-485 dependent on the EAD and not the principal applicant for the
Green Card, to be on the safe side. If the total time working was less than
180 days, there is possible hope to obtain the I-485 in the U.S. Otherwise,
it adds complications and will not generally allow the person to obtain an
approval of the I-485 from within the U.S. You should consult an immigration
attorney to discuss this issue since it could have serious consequences. |

生意，同时我本人也不是绿卡持有者或也是个h-1 holder的话，我不会为了省出几块钱
的利益而盲目靠近----我只说我个人风格，没说你一定也要这样做。

但非移民类是指f-1,j-1,h-1以及他们的家人们。这些人连打餐馆都是非法的黑工，f-1
只能从事和读书有关的工作，比如暑期的curricular training要经过学校同意，以
summer intern的形式，而h-1只能拿和visa sponsor company直接相关的收入，至于银
行那类的利息什么的，那类算capital gain and dividend，interests，报税的时候有
专门一栏，但不算employed.
making online income算是self-employed,哪怕是皮包公司,那也是公司呀。难道
google和yahoo，baidu都是干online services的，都不能算企业吗？

F2是不能打工。可是J2可以，可以在美国打工，只要交钱提交一次申请，2周到一个月
就办下来。
F1可以在美国投资办公司，但是不可以轻易为这个公司打工。 |

有提到f-2,和j-2,和h-4. 不知道你拿这个来否定我，有什么意义。
另外，麻烦你找一下法律支撑的f-1可以在美国投资办公司的条文，我先把支持我的h-1
的规定给你放这：
H-1B employment
According to the USCIS, "H-1B aliens may only work for the petitioning U.S.
employer and only in the H-1B activities described in the petition. The
petitioning U.S. employer may place the H-1B worker on the worksite of
another employer if all applicable rules (e.g., Department of Labor rules)

个申请表的形式。因为这个在周围存在大量的案例。
至于F1开办公司，懒得找条款。我可以收回这句话。

我讨论的是f-1只能和读书有关，这个签证就是student visa, 不是tourist visa,而 h
-1也只能和自己sponsor employer有关。如果不相关的话，参照我贴的法规，你要么事
先申请批准，要么你的employer批准还要提供支持性文件。
今天懒点，没关系，但如果你哪天你找得到，可以随时发给我，或者贴这里，我记得f-
1不能干和自己学习不相干的事，所以你如果能找到，我也愿意了解。
