them around the last earning report.
NCT is risky, but the valuation is still very compelling. I expect them to
make over 0.40 free cash flow each quarter in the next few years, if we don'
t have collapse of economic, we could see the double digit plus dividend
payment. NCT's fundemental is pretty good right now.

guarantee by US government so only US companies would qualify for these
projects. It will not benefit much to the chinese solar companies.
