今天俺只看两件事。是不是大白棒。成交量。
常见的是急剧缩量。然后小inside spinning top/doji或harami。
如果量尚好，且有一定幅度白棒，就是非常bullish.
俺今天不管这样都会unload。 情况好，少unload; 情况不好，多unload.

1个月，3个月，半年后再回来看看就完了，
想day-trade折腾还不如找其他的，
因为没有数据可以看，day-trade的话

the offering price and please more investors,
they will help to pump it high and the free ads effect will boost its growth
at least in short time and they could upgraded to a really big player.

或者苹果这类消费公司，广告费用应该考虑，ipo可以是一个绝好的广告时段。
最后涨价2刀发行价格，引起一堆人来拍砖挑毛病，我觉得长远上的影响是不值当的。

of the negative arguments are making comparison with Facebook. that's
invalid IMHO.
Facebook type of business is new medium and is a natural monology, perhaps
more so than traditional mediu. We all know CCP controls medium. That's
their bottom line, for now, at least. So, Foreign influences like FB or Goog
have no chance.
Googles experience is a proof. It does not matter if they comply wiht
censorshiop or not, they will always be held down one way or aonther.
Perhaps Google realized it.
With this in mind, FB will not have much of a chance in China. Doesn't
matter if it buys a Chinese firm or start a joint venture with a chinese
firm. The more I hear this kind of argument around, the more I think Renren
is a good play for now.
If your kind of real tough questions are in the air, I would not hesitate to
exit.

I feel youku's CEO is a smart ass, he really knows how to play with
wallstreet
its IPO is about 230mil, and the secondary offering is 600 mil with of
course much higher price tag
and even with the dilution, the price goes up today a lot

只能说
如果真的相信陈一舟和他的团队
就投一笔小钱放着
让他去好好做事
希望他成为下一个BIDU
但是，说句实话，目前人人的四大业务（人人网、人人游戏、糯米、经纬）都不看好。
人人网我已经说过了，会受到新浪的巨大冲击，目前看新浪围脖形势比人人网好得多。
人人游戏类似QQ游戏，看不出来有什么爆发增长的可能了。糯米就是烧钱，跟国内广大
团购网背后的PE一起烧钱，我目前看不出来糯米会是团购的赢家。经纬也许是一个路子
，但是国内又不是不能用LINKEDIN，很多白领已经在LINKEDIN上面有自己的PROFILE，
看不出来为什么需要用经纬。更关键是，这个经纬才开张1个月？看着真像是为了IPO而
搞的皮包公司。不知道到底陈一舟是不是真想搞这个。
ANYWAY，人人也许会很牛，但是目前的业务模式看不出来。现在买，就是要有点VC的那
种姿态，风险投资吧。 |
