欧洲基本态度是不认可Software patent.
不过，facebook可以用这个来bully小公司。让他们到美国来应诉折腾。

they have most user?
they tried groupon style stuff on their platform?
they still need to do a lot of thing, but this IPO will made them quite
powerful.
