Nasdaq, IntercontinentalExchange Offer $11.3 Billion for NYSE Euronext
Nasdaq OMX Group Inc. and IntercontinentalExchange Inc. made their long-
anticipated move for NYSE Euronext with an offer of about $11.3 billion.
NYSE shares jumped 12% to $39.50 in recent premarket trading, compared with
the $42.50 offer price, which the suitors said represents a 19% premium to a
previous offer from Deutsche Börse AG. |
