Time for Silver play
Silver has retreated about 10% from its peak recently due to better economic
outlook. But that trend will soon reverse due to following facts:
1. Mideast riot has put commodity under spotlight again.
2. The rising inflation concerns together with still shaky economy
3. The higher and higher evalution of stocks has made stocks more and more
risky
4. The ever rising US debt (projected 1.4 trillion for 2011)
We feel that right is the good time to get into precious metal like silver.
Here is some ideas. Long SLV Jan 2012 call at strike price of 20. You pay
premium about 8.5. Expected return 10% + in one month. We will put SLV into
KE daily update to track swing trading opportunities as well. |
