在“十二五”规划中，新的核电规划对《核电中长期发展规划(2005-2020)》进行
大幅调整。根据规划，到2015年，核电装机规模将达到3900万千瓦;到2020年的核电装
机规划将提高到8600万千瓦，占届时总装机的5%左右，在建规模在 4000万千瓦。从目
前已经投产的1000万千瓦提到8600万千瓦，一下翻了8倍多。显然，国家在发展核电态
