Deutsche Bank is now taking those words to heart. It has just spent $4
billion to open a big casino on the Strip here.
In a few weeks, a group of Deutsche Bank bankers will become unwitting
casino moguls when the bank unveils a glass-facade, 3,000-room casino called
the Cosmopolitan.
