world reserve, now have the chance to add employment into their mining
industries after the rare earth price rise huge recently, also this curb
will add more jobs in developing new alternatives for rare earth. However,
it is obvious to everybody that such curb will increase the cost of rare
earth and other industries will have to take loss.
It will be the same situation if RMB appreciates lot, while manufactures
will add jobs while services and retails will suffer lot. With 70% of the
GDP of US is generated by service industry, it will be a big loss for US. At
the same time, it will be a big loss for China.
