increased by 9% - indicating commercial activity increase. Is this a
potentially good news for DRYS?

it's the kinda news i'm expecting. drys had some oil rigs that bought at the
height of the market and made them almost bankrupt. now it start to see
some life. technically it's coming to a year long break out line at $5.
