i've said earlier in other post that financial doesn't have to lead, but it
have to hold it's ground. Thuesday's take off was rather weak in terms of
volume, today punching of it's low rendered the bullish formation invalid.
XLF able to close above 50ma is encouraging. but it could be also a trick to
keep bull's hope alive. considering spx at the resistant zone (1170 is
where the real resistant lies since it was broken and tested back in May), i
would trim some positions, expecially the options. and wait for the dust to

发帖数: 12932 | 6 a market correction during a bull trend is not a bad thing, providing you
don't sink your capital along with it:-) We long a stock believing it is in
a bull trend, any sign of deviation from the trend/formation calls for a
immediate exit. unusual selling volume, making lower low ect.
and this is why option is so difficult, for stocks you can take a small loss
and exit, but for options, the window of exit is so slim, i have yet to see
some one who can make a graceful exit after a bad turn. My Sept./Oct calls
were very successful. but Nov. position don't seems to start out very well.
bac is pretty much dead, GS is underwater with bad outlook. others kinda
looking fuzzy as well. DAMN those stupid mortgages. | a****b
