not make a $3.29 million payment on general obligation bonds due Sept. 15
because it doesn't have the money, a spokesman for the city's mayor said on

However, bondholders will be paid through insurance on the bonds.

这我还是照保守的来说的），下季度GDP -3% 至少。
现在投资bond,绝对是没问题的，11月中期选举前，Fed 怎么样都会托住 bond market
的。

Wouldn't recommend bond to my worst enemy. The end game is mass inflation
and Dollar collapse. Stay away from bond.
