any winning. I think we should at least agree upon this.
For those who bet on UP, they may or may not be deserving their winnings,
but I'd consider that a seconard-order matter to be dealt with.

For the sake of sanity, I'd tell you that I'd ask them to send the amount
they think appropriate back to me. Most of the people on this board may or
may not talk much, but their average level of decency has amazed me in a
pleasant way.

chairman -- like to give bailouts
a lot of small frogs are stupid and bet on the market up, if they lose
